Yoga was formed in 2004 by Kelly Bunyan. As the
Chief Instructor of KB
Kickboxing
and KB
Kung Fu,
Kelly decided that offering a complementary practice
would be highly beneficial for both her existing and
potential members.
Not
everybody is attracted to the high energy,
cardiovascular workout of Kickboxing, nor the self
defence training that Kung Fu offers. So to cater
to the needs of those people seeking an alternative form
of exercise, Yoga was
introduced to the weekly schedule.

is an air of relaxed informality which offers an
opportunity for an enjoyable experience. Our instructors
are highly qualified and approachable, creating a
friendly, safe space to exercise in.
